What Is Your Returns Policy? 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Please Note: There is an admin fee for all returns. If an item is faulty, in the first instance The Online Home Store will attempt to resolve the situation where possible with a replacement or repair at no cost to the customer. However if the item is not faulty, the cost, if any, of the original delivery will not be refunded and the cost of collection will be deducted from the total refund. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your order number can be found in your conformation email. 

Can I Cancel My Order?

Do You Ship Internationally? 

We only ship to mainland uk.
